Review Time
I had a very poor experience with this company. I had an issue with sizing on a hat and told them up front about the issue. FurHatjWorld said that it should fit alright but if it didn't, I could just return the hat. When the hat was way too small, I returned the hat and ended up only getting two thirds of what I paid for it even though I followed all requirements to the letter. Anyone buying from this company should be very careful about sizing and if there is any question, look elsewhere. FurHatWorld is not straightforward about their questionable business practices.
Lovely company. Customer service responds quickly.Fell in love with a mink hat from MaxMara weekend which was almost 300 pounds! Did a google search and stumbled upon furhatworld and they had the exact same hat for only £70! ordered the hat that looked 99% similar and it arrived promptly and was very soft and gorgeous looking!definitely recommend!
Waited a week to hear back about my Trapper hat that smells like cat pee, I wouldn't order anything from this company again! Its sad that this company has no idea what customer service is, its all about the money, This makes me sick!
Great purchasing experience, was provided with the tracking details for both postal services (Canada Post and Royal Mail). Ordered the item on the Friday and received it on the Tuesday! Tracked it all the way too. The product is really nice quality for the price and it looks well made. It is warm, comfy and cosy to wear, love it so far! Thanks a lot FurHatWorld!
Great customer service. At first I wasn't sure about my hat size, so I ended up calling and talked to an actual person right away. Also shipping was faster than I was expecting getting my awesome bomber hat. Great to know there are still companies that give you personalized support.
Their $90 Shearling Sheepskin Fudd hat is not worth it. the sweat band wrinkled immediately, leaving vertical red marks on my forehead every time I wear it. After four months of wear, the cheap vinyl edging on the ear flap has cracked all around the back and where it joins the top. One seam is coming out. They are clearly selecting the reviews on their web site. None of the reviews address this product after several months of use, and there is only one since February of 2016. I will post these comments on their web site today, 3/12/17.
