I purchased a pair of black leather, shearling lined women's gloves. In one week, the stitching on the right thumb had unraveled, exposing my thumb. The left glove appeared as though the stitching was also defective. When I contacted the company, presented photos and requested they resolve the problem with the defective merchandise, I was met with resistance and a lack of accountability. FURHATWORLD.COM was not willing to correct the problem without inconveniencing me AND without having me incur added expenses for their failure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION AS BEING REPUTABLE.
