Gosh, I swear, I didn't think that this small camera would be this handy. I was impressed with the night vision, and I enjoy that the app allows you to hook in multiple cameras. The support team even contacted me after ordering, which was quite impressive. They seem like they genuinely care.
I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant to order online at first, but the whole process turned out to be smooth and hassle-free. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and when I had a question about setup, customer support got back to me within a day. The instructions were clear and easy to follow—I had it up and running in no time. I mostly use it to keep an eye on my dog while I’m away, and the app makes that super convenient. The video quality isn’t 4K, but it’s definitely sharp enough for monitoring. The night vision feature is a great added touch. Overall, it’s not just the product that impressed me, but also the positive experience I had with the company.
Scam. I would give no stars if it was possible. I returned my camera in line with there returns policy and never received a refund. Their customer services chat facility was just a stalling tactic and a means to convince me to keep the camera. I payed through PayPal and they were unable to resolve the issue or reimburse me. Please be warned.
Camtrix is a scam company. I paid for 3 cameras 4 months ago and still have not received them. Emails to company are replied from fake autobot responses. Requested a refund and still have not received either. Companies like this really ruin it for legit companies as now i will no longer purchase online in fear of being scammed again. Camtrix support response is an autobot reply. I have the same reply 12 times and still no refund. Don't be fooled by their attempt to communicate. It's FAKE.
Hi NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They took over €370 out of my bank account without my permission. They said they issued a refund on 3/4/25 and 29 days later I have not received a cent. I reported them to my bank and PayPal. Camtrix and Spyfocus are the same company. Updated on 5/525 after reply from Camtrix Customer Service.. I have being on to your customer service about 30 times and you still haven’t refunded me the €277.76 that you promised me was issued on the 3/4/25 and should go straight into my PayPal account. Lie, Lies and more lies is all I get.it is now 33 days and no refund.
Not really a rating for getcamtrix but an observation of reviews. Notice that all the rave reviews are “redirected” from the company’s website. The reviews written directly to trust pilot say DONT BUY. That makes me leery enough to stay away. What do you’all think?
