The camera/app doesn't work…

The camera doesn't work and the app is useless. But their customer service via email is excellent. They honored the 30 Days Return policy. AlI I had to do was to Post to an address in Sydney and email them the Tracking details. The FULL refund came in soon thereafter. So the camera & the app is not what was advertised, it's totally useless BUT they honored the RETURN (otherwise I would have asked my Credit card company to Reverse the charges).

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I wasted over £40 on this rubbish. It doesn’t hold its charge and is not compatible. Do not waste your hard earned money. I’ve tried to contact them but the email doesn’t exist. Absolute scam!

Feeling duped.

Thought these cameras looked good and would fit the bill for where I wanted to put them. Ordered three. They eventually arrived but due to illness I've had them anbout a week and only just tried to connect one to my phone. After downloading the app and trying to get things up and running all I get is ‘Current network not device AP’.Is it me making mistakes or have I been duped by a scam company? Have emailed the company and awaiting a reply. Wish I’d have seen the reviews on here and the app before going ahead and spending hard earned cash. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks. Had a response from getcamtrix pointing me to a YouTube video. This did not help unfortunately and the cameras still do not connect. I haven’t gone into returning cameras as it’s most probably more expensive than original purchase. Maybe as there’s so many of us saying they don’t work they could issue a refund without the hassle of returning items……unless they want them back to resell to other gullible people like me.

Scammed

Paid for two cameras two weeks ago but did not receive a confirmation email as promised. Have emailed the address to ask when I will receive my items on three occasions but no reply.Have paid £92.22 and beginning to feel I've been scammed. Whish i'd read all the reviews on this website.These cameras are advertised on a very convincing you tube advert.AVOID AVOID AVOID.Both cameras arrived today which was a relief,not connected them up yet so will reserve judgement but will give an honest review.

BEWARE! Unauthorised recurring transaction set up

BEWARE!! A recurring payment was set up on my Paypal account without my knowledge. I made a one-off purchase from this company so there was no ongoing contract agreed. I haven't even received the items yet

Attention!!

Just seen an add for this on YouTube and thought I’d check out how much they were charging as I bought one on eBay for £8 last year and I doubt the price has changed I’m 30 and tech savvy but these cams are just Chinese rubbish they do work for a short time but Is actually pretty useless as it’s not reliable with its trash app. Dunno what app these guys are using but thought I’d make yous aware of the fraudsters

Purchased 6 cameras, none would hold a charge after being plugged in for over 12 hours. Could only set one camera up on the app.

Customer Service and Care is absent. I would not recommend this company.

My husband was terminally ill and wanted to safeguard our home and ordered camera's for my protection. When my husband ordered the camera's from Camtrix he thought he was ordering one camera however, the site automatically charged him for 3, and also £14.97 for extended warranty bringing the total bill to £125. He raised the problem with the support team on the 12th November 2023 and was told it could not be cancelled as the order had been shipped. When the camera's arrived they were not for external use as thought and were therefore not suitable for us. My husband died on the 12th December and I contacted the company by email as soon as practicable explaining the situation. I was told by email to return the camera's, tracking the package which I did. On the 4th January I sent them the tracking number and was told I would be reimbursed when the package was received in the warehouse. Despite repeated emails and a telephone call and confirming receipt of the camera's they have failed to return the money saying I had failed to return within the 30 days refund period.
