I can’t get my camera to work. When trying to activate my account, it prompted for a credit card, but stated there would be no charge. However, I was charged $34.98. I want to return five of my six unopened cameras and three unopened memory cards. I called customer service and waited eight minutes before they hung up. I am very disappointed with the camera and the support team.
I ended up with six of these overpriced toys that don’t meet quality expectations. When I tried to contact the company for a return, they wanted to charge me for a response. I have six toys left because they kept charging me, and now I’m considering filing a dispute. There’s no customer support available.
I placed an order that was supposedly 70% off for £22, but they took £128 from my account. This included five unauthorized future payments. I tried to cancel within five minutes of placing the order, but I was told the goods had already shipped. I’m curious about their return policy and have filed a report with my payment service.
My 6 report on this scam company. Eurocard has now contacted this fake company and requested an answer and repayment and why the goods have not been sent to me as ordered on the 2 of September. My statement stands, HIGH WARNING DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY NOR PAY THEM ANYTHING.Again this scam company sends a AI nonsens reply (see below, one of many) instead of sending my order they should have send me 2 months ago. Do not trust any of their so called positive responce on trustpilot, all fake. I will continue to report on this scam outfit. My 7 report on this scam company, Meta and Mastercard are informed and MCard are investigating my claim. No goods received after 3 months waiting and for sure none will be delivered.Again DO NOT TRUST NORE ORDER OR PAY ANYTHING TO THIS FAKE COMPANY, SEE MY EARLIER WARNINGS. There so called positive reweivs on the trustpilote site looks to be AI made and fake. 😡👎Report 8 on this fake company. They have stil not delivered any of the ordered items paid for and Mastercard has chased them for answers, nothing happens, Meta is also informed AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY NOR PAY ANYTHING TO THEM IT IS ALL FAKE !
