Don’t touch this company. Ordered. Dashcam 20 December as a Christmas gift. They took the money immediately. Heard absolutely nothing from the company. Contacted the company on 11 Feb. Surprise surprise the item arrived on 13 February! No longer needed by this time. Offered full refund if goods are returned within 30 days of delivery! I’ve been offered 35% refund if the item is back with them within 30 days of delivery. The 30 days was up before I received the package!
I bought 6 cameras and non of the cameras could hold a charge, I contacted custom support who informed me that they should have been returned within the 30 days after receiving them, No refund no assistance or exchange, I now have 6 useless cameras total rubbish, What are the odds of getting 6 faulty cameras, One thought DO NOT BUY !
I bought this mini camera in January and could not get it to work at all. The software and instructions are terrible and don't work. I paid $39.99 for a tiny piece of crap I later saw somewhere else for $19 (but also crappy - same camera just different vendor). It took me a while to remember where I bought it because it didn't have the company name on the box, by the time I found out and asked for a refund, I was a week late on the 30 day return. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
1.The app you need to use with these cameras needs accesses to ALL of your data.2. A charged camera only lasts less than an hour.3. Picture quality is so bad you can’t make out person in daylight. 4. Only operates on 2.5 mg WiFi. Will not work on 5 mg.5. A couple cameras would not hold the micro so card in.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying this camera. I was so sold by the sales hype, and the 'honest guys working to provide a better service' that I bought 3 of them. They are useless. They do not connect to my home wifi because it is 5G. There is no way that they can be used for home security, or even a paperweight as they are so cheaply made. I was out of town when they were delivered so missed the 30 day return window (by 5 days) and Customer Service will not help me at all. They have my money and that is all that they care about. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
This product is a scam I bought it did not work with 5G Sent it back would not give me a refund. They stole my money scam scam scam !!!!!!!And kept the product after stealing my money !!! Scam do not buy from Company !Scam scam scam !!
