Review Time
I received the camaras a week later (4 were purchased), with the microSD cards (4). Not the easiest camara to install, imagine 4, My phone is an apple 14 that takes great shots but with this little plastic mini camara, is NOT the clearest, as it is said in the add on the website. I want to return all 4 plus all 4 microchips but I'm unable to reach anyone. The purchase for these camaras was to observe and protect my husband who has dementia and bedridden. Wanted to observe the caregiver while bathing him, attending to him etc. Obviously with the quality of these 4 camaras my intentions are a failure. I will report this to my bank as a SCAM and let them do the fighting for me since most of my time is dedicated to care for my husband.
SCAM...All Chinese script and I've emailed many times asking for return address but they avoid giving it obviously so you miss the 30 day return window. I have reported them to Apple and the billing address I got from Apple is not a mailing address. Given a refund but if reversed since I can't return, I will dispute with collected evidence. DO NOT BUY!!!
3x units arrived - took ages! Start setting up and 1x camera wouldn’t take charge 1x camera wouldn’t connect to App.. didn’t bother opening 3rd camera! Emailed request for return as not fit for purpose… well all I can say is the service is as good as the product. SHOCKING! Ask me to set up again and prove not working No I want my money back! Ok please email us evidence of product repacked! I did as asked and now radio silence.AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Now read all reviews and I can confirm they are all well justified!
