One of the worst things about this is the ad. Trying to show how easy it is to install they show a guy (at home presumably) surrounded by wires then comes the housewife, a woman with a glass of wine. And that ladies and gentlemen is how they portray a housewife. Yup we all sit at home drinking wine all day. Disgusting way to portray your possible customers. I won’t be buying one.
It's a scam, cheep plastic and doesn't hold a charge for longer than a few minutes, The Barcode when scanned takes you to a payed subscription site to set up the app, it wasn't developed by the Australians which is claimed in the advertising, the real company is from Lithuania, I only bought one unit to see if it would work as a test as my expectations told me that It was really a scam, I wasn't wrong, any positive feedback is probably made by the company that advertise it.
They are pure and utter scam artists. I bought 3 cameras and cost me 101.48 euro. They did not work and I sent them back. The company will not refund me because I did not have a tracking number. I kept asking if they received the camera I returned to the address they provided me and they will not answer. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE CON ARTISTS 🤬🤬🤬🤬. SCUMBAGS
My order took almost 2 weeks; the instructions were poor, and the app had ads in Chinese (no thanks). I called the helpline who said it only works with 2.4 G!! I'm in Melbourne Australia. I should have read the reviews. It's going in the bin.
I just want to thank everyone for their reviews. I was looking at purchasing 8 or 10 of these for 2 houses, but after reading the reviews, I am grateful I didn't waste my time and money. CamTrix, please provide the products you claim they are.
