Nothing about these cameras is even remotely close to as advertised. I purchased 4 at the discounted price. Only opened one and was instantly disappointed with both the quality of the device, but also the difficulty of connecting it. Terrible graphics. Battery lasts a few minutes at best. I'll bet I can't get a refund either. Oh and they're not from the US, it's a Lithuanian company shipping from China. Don't waste your time or money.UPDATE! They actually refunded the entire purchase and shipping costs. I'll feel better about throwing them away now.
They do not work on 5g wifi and nowhere does it state that. They do not hold a charge so are useless to use remotely. Does not make sense to keep them plugged in to use. Customer service was not cooperative at all! Very disappointed I ever bought these.
What a ripoff.Camera's do not work as advertised.Trying to resolve the issue is like banging your head against a brick wall as PayPal have now closed the case as it doesn't meet their buyers protection criterea.well,THEY DON'T WORK.Not being fit for purpose is a definite case for receiving a refund.Avoid CamTrix,scammers.
This is a SCAM. I received 3 faulty cameras. Returned immediately by Special Delivery. Told it never arrived, showed photo they did receive them back. Numerous phone calls , emails asking for my £99.22 refund. Told I have to wait they are busy ? Ordered September 2023 now March 2024. These people are heartless crooks. I cannot afford to loose this money.
Just received my 3 cameras and I’ve tried installing 2 of them. The installation instructions are very poor and difficult to follow but most disappointing is that the battery lasts less than a hour. Pretty useless if you’re using them as surveillance cameras. The app also won’t allow multiple cameras to be viewed at the same time. It’s logs out of one when changing to the other. I was very skeptical when I saw the video. As it turns out it is quite misleading. I’ll be trying to get a refund but won’t hold my breath.
They up sell you item you did not ask for.And the purchase screen does not give chance to correct delete or go back..When you call, to explain issue of sale the sales person upon hearing you have complain all of sudden says ohh you are breaking up sorrycant hear you, and put down the phone. When you call back they dont answer.. They are the type of company that makes you never want to purchase online..
