I paid the requested price and got something else. Cheap Plastic materials not even the name ( camtrix ) is on.Not working wirelessly as they claimed, that thing has to be attached to outlet source. when asked for the money back, they offered me 50% refund or else do not call again. Scam, scam, and scam.
So I ordered 2 was billed for 3 and a warranty was charged €107.00. I complained and got a refund which brought the bill down to €87.00. The cameras arrived and were just rubbish. Couldn’t fit the cable to charge into one and the others wouldn’t hold a charge. I complained and was told that I already got a refund from them. I explained my position several times in different ways but the person I spoke to chose to ignore anything I said. They just stopped communicating in the end. I’m stuck with useless cameras. Absolute rubbish and total scam artists. I have put in a complaint to PayPal but they’re not replying to me either. AVOID at all costs.
This Company are crooks - avoid them at all costs. They sent me four cameras which didn't work, they offered a refund so I returned them, they kept delaying the return process (with hindsight deliberately) and then claimed that they had been used for 30 days so didn't either issue a refund or exchange or return the cameras. Two of the packets hadn't even been opened.They are deliberate scammers - they even managed to convince Amex that they were legitimate so my card wasn't refunded!
