This is a scam, 30-day money back return to where??? No statement, no real address to return the items too. The phone number provided goes to nowhere and then hangs up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I will have to cancel through a dispute on my credit card.
I purchase 6 cameras and SD cards. I tried to down the app and it wants my credit card information and I would be charged $49.50 per month per camera. There was nothing stated at the beginning that there is a monthly charge, in fact it state that do not pay anything.I cant even get it to down loan on my computer. This is a piece of garbage. I sure would like to get my money back.
Complete garbage, worst camera, doesn't work at all in dark and battery lasts about 2 mins. Cheap and flimsy. Worth about$1 as a gimmick toy for a kid. ***Beware***⚠️ Sponsored ads describe it under various names but it's the same dud cheap camera without the features advertised. Made in china... Not Australia! Or any other country. All lies.
I bought a single camera it said £39.99 but they added extended warranty and carriage cost £50.93. Instructions were too small to read even with magnifying glass. What I could read was didn’t support 5g, not water proof so outside use nil, battery needed charging every 3-4 hours no use for constant security. I contacted Camtrix via email told them I wanted to return under 30 day return full refund which I did and received full refund quickly.
These things are garbage, don’t waste your money. I got suckered, I mean sold on the clever advertising and handed over the hard earned. Expensive lesson learnt and very disappointed in myself. If you are reading this review, save your money on this crap.
What a waste of $131.00.3 cameras and none of them charge up or even connect to the app!Said invented by 2 Aussie guys? Yet made in China from cheap plastic material that does t even turn on. Shows a blue light in ‘MODE’ and that’s it! Emailed them to just get sent the same instructions that were in a little price of paper that came with the cameras.Don’t waste your money.
The charge was for much more than I ordered — but they shipped more. So then to get them to work: forget it! The ap starts up, and gets overlayed with ads for software that has only one choice — install it! I found other places to get the software — then they fail to work on both 2.5 and 5g networks (on 2.5 they pop up with some chatter and then stop) so in a word crap — fight the charge on the credit card while you have time!!!
