After a bit of back and forth between the manufacturer and Mulberry, Mulberry honored the protection plan and reimbursed me for newish dining chair that had damage that wasn't immediately apparent. They were responsive and reimbursement process was smooth.
A sofa cushion was damaged. Due to an autopay software glitch, my coverage had been canceled. Kristian did troubleshooting to find the issue and get things back on track, and helped my expedite my claim. The vendor took 3 months yo provide the replacement, but Kristian kept me informed throughout the process and set my expectations appropriately. I now have my new cushion, and all is right with the world. It is rare these days for this level of accountability. Mulberry is lucky to have Kristian representing their brand.
RETAILERS FOR APPLIANCES,APPLIANCES OR FURNITURE STORES DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not take care of your customers, they will find any excuse to not warranty their unit. Worst customer service when filing a claim with them, trust me don’t spend your resources or money on this company.
