Failed purchase and waist of time

I placed an order on September 6th for two pairs of shoes, including a pair of **Adidas Originals** on sale for 90€. Even though the shipping cost was 10€, the discount made the deal attractive. A few days later, I was informed that the order was delayed, and then on September 11th, I received another email saying the **Adidas** were out of stock and that I’d be refunded only after the rest of the order was shipped.This is extremely frustrating as they held my money for a product they never had in stock. As compensation, they offered a 10% discount on future purchases, but that doesn’t solve the issue, especially with the high shipping fees. I’ve sent three emails requesting a formal complaint form, and every time, I received the same response: "We are a community store, and these issues may occur."I do not recommend buying here due to poor service and unreliable stock management. As a retail store, it's basic to ensure that you have the products you sell. It feels like the Adidas sale was just bait, as it’s a trendy shoe, but was never truly available.

Excellent customer service

I’ve ordered a Marni bag. Although they delayed a little bit to send the product, they answered to my e-mails immediately about my worries of possible unavailability of the product. Finally I got the bag, it’s authentic, well packaged and the price is the lowest I’ ve searched in other online shopping platforms. I recommend it !!

Cheap plastic bag

I ordered two purses. Both from brand Pinko. One of purses came as it supposed to be-in original box, with tags and dust bag included.But Second one came just in simple transparent plastic bag. No box, no tag, no dust bag, NOTHING. Like I ordered it from Aliexpress, not from respectful and trustable resellers. I asked in email why one of my purse came like cheap copy purse in plastic bag. And I told that original package is extremely important for me. This worker Giovanna gave me answer that “selling products exactly how manufacturer providing it”. On my reasonable question - is it Pinko itself providing their product in plastic, non brand bag, like Chinese copy-they simply stop replying me back. Ignorance is their answer. No single email. I will also escalate this to Pinko. They must know how their beautiful purses are actually sold. I will never use this service again.

Wanted to thank CS for all their help and the way they handled this purchase/order. Excellent! They listen to you. Great management in an extraordinary situation. I needed to buy a Versace purse in a specific color, that they had to go look for. My friend in Canada was very happy to receive it for her birthday. Only today I told her how much effort it took to make this gift happen!

Order #1716845The package was empty (including only the paper and a coupon for the next order).I have ordered from European sites many times, but it s the first time to experience this. I will give them the chance to fix the problem and send me the product or refund me if it s not available anymore.
