Awful

Their delivery was poor, and their refund process is even worse. I returned my order, which was delivered to them on 24/12, and since then, I’ve had no updates. I haven’t been refunded, and they ignore my emails. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m blacklisting this company.

Incredible Customer Service

I placed my first order with GIGLIO and needed some help with it and Rachele did an incredible job solving my issue. I then needed more help with my order and Giovanna did a tremendous job for me. Customer service is incredibly important to me and Rachele and Giovanna made my first experience amazing. Don’t hesitate ordering from Giglio because of the incredible customer service that Rachele and Giovanna provide! They both answered e-mails and phone calls right away. Again customer service means everything to me and these 2 reps exceeded my expectations!!

Worst Customer Service ever!

Worst Customer Service ever!They packed my order wrong, two different shoes.The customer service was terrible. It seems like I had to do their work. They didn't help, I had to remind them every time that it was their fault. Even so, they didn't fix anything. They didn't even send me the order back correctly.Waste of time and money.Better to buy from another store!!!

Lying and lazy company

This company isn't remotely trustworthy. First of all, I made an order on the 9th of December, which they forgot to ship. Then I had to remind them it might be a good idea to start shipping it if they want to keep the promise of delivery within 7 work days. Now it's the 20th of December, where they say they would deliver it. Then they change it at 14:00 to the 23rd, so I have basically just stayed home the whole day for nothing. Shocking awful service and I had to contact FedEx myself to get updates. Why do I have to do their work for them? Still boggles my mind

Terrible website

Quality products, good discounts, user friendly app, thoughtful packaging

The order came fast according to the days with black Friday and Christmas shopping, the packaging was so thoughtful and well cared, the product was what i dreamt of (the tote bag, Marc Jacobs,large size) and i had it on black Friday in a very good price ! The app is very well designed too so it's super user-friendly

Terrible delivery and support

Ordered December 10, I had to contact them multiple times before they finally shipped my order (a Christmas present). The delivery date was December 24 then changed to December 30 which is useless to me.
