I accidentally ordered something in the wrong size. It said on their website that you can cancel your order, so I called them to cancel it. The guy (Gio) who picked up on the number 091 625 7727 was not helpful at all. I asked if he spoke English, and he said “no” followed by “one second” and 10 seconds later he hung up. I called another number, which to my surprise also led to Gio. This time I tried to get him to help me, but it didn’t lead to anything. He gave me another number to call and hung up. The number he gave me WAS THE SAME NUMBER AS THE FIRST NUMBER I CALLED. Very unprofessional and unacceptable - how can you be an international company and have customer support agents who do not speak English??In the end I found their chat option, where the guy I was chatting with told me that he had cancelled my order, at last.
I purchased a pair of COCCINELLE boots from Giglio.com (Order #1783665, purchased on October 11, 2024). After wearing them just 2-3 times, the insole compressed slightly, causing sharp protrusions to appear, making them unwearable as they hurt my feet.Since mid-December, I have been trying to reach out to Giglio.com through emails, contact forms, and phone calls, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My last attempt was today, and I am still waiting.While in Milan, I visited a COCCINELLE store, where the issue was acknowledged. However, they informed me that I needed to resolve the matter with Giglio.com, as the purchase was made through them. I was hoping for some assistance, but despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any support.I understand that issues can arise, but good customer service makes all the difference. I would truly appreciate a response and a fair resolution to this matter. If my issue is finally addressed and resolved, I will be happy to update my review accordingly.
I do not recommend, bought a pair of shoes 3.10.2024, 11.10.2024 the order was cancelled allegedly due to a defect, these shoes are available on the site at a higher price. I conclude that simply GIGLIO wanted to resell the shoes at a higher price.
Good afternoon . I will never order anything from you again and I will not recommend it to my friends. They can’t send me an order for 1 month!!! I’m writing to help clients, they send a standard message “we’ll sort it out” how much longer to wait??? There is no good attitude towards your regular clickers. send me a bag!!!
My experiences with Giglio have been nothing but positive. I have placed many orders and returned many items.I found Customer Service to be attentive to detail, thorough and helpful - much more so than a majority of other retailers (read my other reviews).I see some people are complaining it took over a week to issue a refund. Okay, try returning something to Saks, for example. They wait 30 days from the time they received your return to issue a refund AND they won't respond to e-mails. Don't complain about Giglio.Giglio is great! I wish they covered and refunded duties and taxes for orders to Canada, but many online retailers don't.
I returned a package and placed a new order due to a sizing issue. The package arrived in Italy last Wednesday (8 days ago), but I haven't received any updates on my refund. I had to contact customer service with the tracking number to confirm the return, and they acknowledged receiving the package last Friday. They mentioned that their returns department is currently checking if the return meets their policy requirements. However, I haven't heard anything since then regarding the refund. It's been over a week since they received the package, and their customer service response is quite slow, which is frustrating. While they offer good prices, the hassle makes me hesitant to shop with Giglio again.
