First off, we love the design of the product. Our model has about 100ft of retractable hose, which is enclosed into a compact, futuristic looking case and the best part is that if it is screwed in place makes use a breeze.This is our second unit and we are extremely happy with our purchase.On top of that kudos to the customer service team. Had a bit of a hiccup with our unit and they graciously solved our issue in about a week’s time.
I bought a power washer and an air compressor for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. They are great products and I highly recommend buying their products. They also have really good customer service. I had an issue with the power washer and they helped me solve the issues quickly and efficiently.
I bought two hose winders. I didn't use them for a while, but when I did, I found one didn't lock. I contacted support, and after sending them the purchasing information, they told me they would send me a new unit. I am sure it will be coming soon. Pleasant Support thru EMail.

Let's start by saying Girrafe products are awesome!I got the retractable vacuum about a year ago for my shop and can't tell you how easier it has made my life, when I first got out i faced a small technical issue but the support was on point.Last month ordered the retractable pressure washer as well and again it's an awesome product.Just couple days ago ordered the retractable hose which should be arriving very soon, I can't give you any feedback on that yet but if it's anything like their other products, then I'm a happy man. I’ve had the Giraffe pressure washer for a few years and I love it! The pressure washer recently wasn’t working and I contacted their customer support. They were super responsive and helpful. Even though my pressure washer was out of warranty, they still sent me a replacement! Awesome company with a great product.
