Excellent customer service and an outstanding product! I use my hose frequently, and it’s incredibly easy to handle. I’ve gone through many standard hoses before—most ripped because of their inner tubing or were too heavy for my wife to use. Giraffe has truly raised the bar for the competition.
I purchased a Giraffe Tools 90-foot Retractable Hose Reel in June 2024. I used this reel several times a week for the past 17 months. It has worked flawlessly and is such a time saver that I really don't think I want to do any lawn maintenance without it. My family loves this hose reel. Then, earlier this week, the hose would not retract all the way. I informed Giraffe Tools on a Monday of the issue. Giraffe Tools shipped me a new hose reel, which I received on Friday, four days later! This is an example of outstanding customer service! I look forward to purchasing more Giraffe Tools products in the future because they stand by their products. Giraffe Tools always stands tall with its customers! Thank you, Giraffe Tools!
I bought the retractable hose power washer and it worked great...until something went wrong with the high pressure. GT was amazing to deal with...they sent me a brand new washer post haste. Sadly, the new one had the same issue...no high pressure. Once again I contacted customer service..and with a little back & forth.. they are sending me a new power washer. Great customer service...your satisfaction is their utmost concern
Purchased 2 item at nearly £500, one has arrived the other hasn't. Emailed them twice and not even a response. Products may be good but really, follow it up with a bit of customer service. 2 weeks later and still none the wiser where my 2nd item is.Not happy to say the least.
