I had an issue with my Giraffe Tools AW40 hose reel. The hose got stuck and wouldn’t extend. I contacted their support team, and Andy replied right away. He was super helpful and arranged a full replacement for me.The whole process was unbelievably fast. I got the new hose reel and installed it successfully within just 2 days after reporting the issue! I had purchased 3 new hose reels for my home about a year ago. I started having problems with one of the retraction guides not wanting to align the hose at it retracted back into the housing. I contacted Giraffe Tools about this thinking it might be something I can adjust or fix with this help. I didn't expect them to send me a brand-new replacement but that's what they did. They were quick to reach out and offer support and kept me up to date on shipping. Their customer support is exceptional! This is a company I will continue to purchase from.
