Very good experience. Loved the feature that enables the buyer to request a picture of the XL plant through whatsapp and receive it instantly! The delivery was very smooth and quick. The plant came in a nice box and was exactly like in the picture

An ok purchase

Ordered my plants excited on the promise of fast home delivery as I was home these days . After a couple days I needed to send them a mail as why I didn't any updates concerning the delivery. Customer service reacted quickly but with the weekend I had to wait until Monday to have more information. A week later, the plants were delivered but as I only knew the morning what time delivery would be, I lost a whole day of my weekend.The plants were really good and well preserved in the box, the fake plant was a disappointment and not like on the description but a return would create to much hassle at own cost.

Very helpful service. Delivery was fast and neatly handled. I forgot to include the note with a return, but after contacting customer service, it was quickly and properly resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

Plant looks so different

The difference between the plant I received and the one in the photo on the website was too great. I understand that every plant is unique, but this was disproportionate. The plant on the website was clearly older (with a stem twice as thick) and much fuller at the top. I also felt completely misunderstood via email. I bought this tree because of the beautiful thick stems, so you expect to see at least something similar. This is the last time I’ll be buying a plant from here.

Wish I read the negative reviews before…

Wish I read the negative reviews before ordering a very expensive XXL strelizia Reginae with them.The plant they sent me was sick due to mealybugs deep between the roots. This was not directly visible so I could not make a claim in time. Now they refuse to do anything as the 14 days have passed.My advice: don’t buy these expensive plants online with this company! It is smart of them to send the requests for reviews directly after the delivery. That process they manage well and potential issues only come up later. At the time a problem arises they are apparently not willing to take responsibility for sending a sick plant. Do not buy here!
