Customer services are non existent. Waited 13 days for an express order not received. No response from customer services. You can't phone customer services you have to email and hope. When you chase them up it's regarded as a new query and you go to the back of the queue. Crazy but true! Don't waste your money.
Rose and Crown Bexhill, went here today with a groupon voucher for 2 burger meals and 2 drinks, voucher clearly stated what it was, staff told me i had to pay an extra £11, stating voucher was giving me a £14.49 discount off the meal (which was the cost of the voucher) totally made to feel a complete idiot by the staff, it was their mistake and they would'nt do anything about it, not happy especially as they were all laughing and joking and treating me like some sort of fool, staff training needed here
I visited The Chestnut Tree in Ipswich last night, and I wanted to say that the food here is always so delicious, well cooked and presented on an actual plate which is always good. I visited The Royal George pub a couple of weeks ago and the experience was very different. The same meal I had last night, arrived on a metal baking tray, and didn't taste great either. I did complain to the manager about it but she got defensive and abrupt. I will always recommend the Chestnut Tree.
We attempted to order beer from this company twice, 26th of May and 15th June, and on both occasions they have failed to deliver. I have waited for almost two months now.Quote from customer service. "Thank you for getting in touch with Greene King and for your patience as we handle a higher volume of order." Clearly they have bigger fish to fry...appalling service. In the mean time I shall take my business elsewhere.

This is probably the best customer service I have & I will ever receive, Green king guest relations team, and particularly Millie from guest relations have gone above and beyond in their efforts to help me with my ongoing parking ticket issues. They have kept me informed every step of the way with the actions that they have taken and with the best steps to resolve this, 24 hours after my initial call, I was called by Millie Evans (team leader) with fantastic news, stating that my CCJ will be removed and that Britannia will be removing all the parking charges from my account. Following on from this to unexpectedly find out that I’d also be having the money that I have paid for the parking charges reimbursed into my account. It’s just exceptional. Wedding Reception at The White Hart Hotel BraintreeLovely afternoon & evening in the Tudor Bar. Property is Old & Quaint, a listed building, currently under going repairs & renovations. Had a lovely time all went smoothly and staff very helpful. Buffet food was lovely and drinks plan went smoothly. Had a night stay over too. Great you're dog friendly, made our wedding complete & made so many wonderful memories. So a huge thank you to all the staff - Anthony-Manager Ben-Team Leader, Sue- Reception, Tash - Bar, Laura & Josh - Floor Staff. Many thanks from Pete & Jan Pearce
Scaffolding outside windows confirmed on facebook would not impact it did. Car park not private like I was told no ctv .woken up at 6.30 am and 7am breakfast crew putting on music woken up at 1.30am someone wandering around frightend my wife little sleep afterwards .getting dressed in poor light due to Scaffolding outside windows. Nothing like the pictures rooms very tired, only offered appologies little sleep for 2 nights, food and location good.
I had my mum's funeral tea at the brig o don Aberdeen it's was a disgrace payed £298.50 for a buffet and received 10 dinner plates of sandwiches which my Auntie had to go and ask for the tea urine wasn't even filled took over an hour to get a cup of tea/coffee after bringing this to the attention of the staff bar staff was sent out with a bucket of hot water no regard for the health and safety of staff put £200 behind the bar for drinks and when my brother and uncle went to the bar to get a drink the same member of staff came along and took the lad from behind the bar out for a smoke break and left my brother and uncle waiting at the bar I put this complaint on to the Web page and was asked to contact the management did and he was very apologetic and offered to refund the buffet but we never received the refund I would never use any of these places again
