Greenlight is a terrific app from both a user experience perspective and in terms of making it easy for parents and kids to take care of the kids' finances. With Greenlight, we can easily create different accounts (spending, savings, donations, etc), transfer allowances to our kids' accounts, and even make investments from their accounts. We also appreciated the financial education it provided our kids.
Terrible, I hate this site, it's confusing, none of the kids have been very successful with the cards. I hate the fees the balance transfer and everything else. I'm trying to cancel it as we speak and it doesn't allow me to send my money back to my card. Complicated!
After reviewing many options Greenlight stood out for it's focus on family features, ease of setup, and ongoing management. I've been using Greenlight for half a year, and extremely impressed with the structure and routine it provides my family. I'm finally able to setup a schedule with chores, and have the kids earn their weekly allowance. The educational videos, along with real life application make this app outstanding.
Ordered a personalized card when I opened that account paid for it $10 call about a week after the black card came ask them they told me that it was coming don't worry about it two months went by I never got the card called back and they said oh you that I never ordered it I just closed their account there you go
