If I could give no stars I would. Worst stupid app ever. Took money from me. Won't refund. An u have to go thru soooo much to prove it's u. It didn't ask all that to even make the damn account. I am Soo pissed. I just want my stupid refund an delete this stupid account

NOT a fan! Had I been aware that I would have only been able to access this account through an app from a mobile phone I would not have agreed. I'm positive that I ordered the $4.99 subscription but had to deposit $10 into the account to open it. Once finding out that I could only access from an iphone or android phone I called to cancel the card and ask for my $10 back and to close the account they let me know that I was on a $14.99 a month plan and that not only was the $10 gone, but I also still have to pay them $4.99 in order to get my account closed. I'm not a fan of a bank account that can't be accessed from a computer. They offer crash detection but can't offer a website to access the account? Crazy.

They will hold your money hostage

I put money on my son’s card for him to get his vehicle out of the repair shop. When the shop ran the card the card was declined even though their daily limit was almost $4000 more than what was attempting to be paid. They said it was above his daily limit but they can’t tell me what his daily limit is. Keep in mind this is a debit card, not a credit card, and they decline to pay with money that came from me, that I personally put on the card. So I did a transaction to put the money back in my bank so I could use another method but they take 3 business days to do that so my son is stuck without transportation. Definitely do not recommend!
