Bad battery and even worse customer service

The mower is fine but the battery and customer service are deplorable. The battery won’t charge fully before the red warning light goes on. We called customer service and they DO NOT WARRANTY a product if you did not buy directly from them. We ordered a new battery and it won’t charge fully. We call customer service and they want to charge us for the call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Bought a 40V 35cm Lawn Mower to replace…

Bought a 40V 35cm Lawn Mower to replace my old Ryobi 18V and sincerely wish I'd stayed with Ryobi.This 40V model has les torque than my old 18V mower and cuts out immediately on anything but the shortest grass. In addition the build quality is abysmal, I had to replace one of the handle clamping nuts before I could even assemble it, as the plastic threads were completely stripped, fortunately the clamping nuts off my old mower fitted. Second time I used the mower the flap on the back that you lift to install the grass box broke off.Cheap Chinese tat being sold as UK made and the company is virtually impossible to contact, the support number they give on the website gets you to a company that has a recorded message stating that they do not / will not offer support for Greenworks Machines!

Love the tools but had to order a…

Love the tools but had to order a replacement lawn mower blade. Got the wrong one and to return it will cost me almost double the cost of the original blade plus shipping

Frustrated potential customer

I have tried several times to order a $4k mower and a $500 catcher but cannot complete the order because my address is invalid. I have used this address for multiple purchases from other suppliers, but Greenworks will not accept. I have tried to contact Greenworks but get no response or a message back that my email address is not recognized by their system.

Zero marks for customer care

I bought a Greenworks Cordless Strimmer on July 9th The item arrived, it works very well, but it only had 20 spare plastic blades with it, but that is as advertised. It quickly became obvious that 20 blades was insufficient, so I have tried to order more. I sent in a 'contact form ' over 2 weeks ago but have had no response and have since found no way to contact Greenworks directly. I'll give Greenworks high marks for product, but no marks for customer care.

Greenworkstool is a bad company to purchase from and customer service is not good, they are rushing to ship items given customer 30 minutes to cancel and customer service can’t even provide any assistance

Free returns - complete lie!

Terrible customer service taking almost a month to respond and the statement on their site about "Free Returns" is a lie. You have to arrange return shipping and this is at your own cost - it will not be refunded. What appear to be good products let down by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will NEVER buy a Greenworks product again and will advise anyone considering buying one not to.

Ordered a mower

Ordered a mower, arrived promptly, charger was broken when unboxing. I'm now unable to charge the mower and Greenworks simply ignore you.There is no number to contact, no e-mail address, just a contact us form on the website which they ignore.No reply on facebook or instagram.Please do yourself a favour and read everyones reviews and do not purchase anything from the company, it appears they are absolutely awful. Often when companies take away standard services like customer service its usually a sign that they are struggling financially so please be cautious with your payments.
