Review Time
My vehicle went in for a product recall for some work and a week later the sump plug has come away from the engine and the oil dumped and the engine seized. The depot admitted liability, but my vehicle has not been repaired in the last 3 months and I have had no update on progress. I need to sell my car now and I am at a stage where I need some resolve. The team at the site do not seem to want to deal with the issue at hand and now involved the managing director and waiting on a response. They have admitted liability, but now just leaving me in limbo. Poor service. Stay away do not use.
Only way to improve is to close down if you want to be lied to ordered New car in January one week before delivery date having been told everything ok find out car had not been ordered would not accept they had messed up tried to blame everybody else and no apologies very rude trade with this company at your own risk
What an awful company. Booked a test drive of one of their used cars a week ahead. On looking at their website I discovered that the car was no longer available. I rang 3 times to find out the situation only to be put through to a humpty who had no interest in our situation. I finally had a call back from the sales person who I dealt with who had no idea one of his colleagues had sold the vehicle. I would not recommend this garage
Warning to anyone thinking of buying from Griffin Mill... DON'T!!I bought a vehicle in good faith Feb 2023, which became faulty within 8 months despite being serviced and well looked after. It took Griffin Mill 4 months to diagnose it, and now they want me to pay £3500 to repair the vehicle, on top of £734 I paid in January to supposedly fix it, which is nearly half the cost of the car itself. My car is now off the road and been unusable for the past 3 weeks. I have lodged a complaint and had no response, even Renault UK have contacted them and they have not responded. Such poor service and want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing from Griffin Mill!!
We have now bought two cars from wsm griffin mill. Martin Baker is a superb asset to this company, such a great bloke. Made us feel welcome and relaxed, knowledgeable and totally not pushy. Listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. He found us an amazing car! Thank you.
Had a great experience with Martin Jones as he was extremely helpful. We were very nervous about buying a new car but he made the whole experience relaxed and was very patient with us. We did a part exchange with our car even though we thought it wouldn’t be accepted and had a great price for it. Thank you Martin 😊
Bought my Rifter from Griffin Mill in August 23. Unfortunately had a couple of warranty issues that needed to be sorted. The constructive response and support received from Bex, David and Martin was excellent. No hesitation inn recommending this garage.
