Recently purchased a used Dacia Stepway Sandero from Griffin Mill Garages at their Base Camp.My wife & I had excellent service from a Salesman called Paul Clough.He was extremely helpful going out of his way with a few issues etc.We had part exchanged our Fiat 500L at the same dealership due to an expensive engine fault.Looked at various different replacements to suit my wifes requirements & Paul guided us to the best choice.We are delighted with the service we received.The car is brilliant & my wife is very happy!Thank you very much.
I’m perplexed as to anyone writing praise for staff at this dealership.Having purchased a new Kia 20 plate, all 5 occasions I have had to visit this dealership staff either from Sales on day one and now Service department have been obnoxious, ignorant never listen, and annoyingly always insist they’re right. On every visit I always feel that I am of no importance whatsoever.Even an enquiry about current vehicles and the availability was really painful. Service department NEVER EVER phone you with a progress report, or let you know your car is ready for pick up. Needless to say my new car, may be a new Kia it will never be from this dealership.
