Efficient and helpful as always

Don’t leave your car with these people unless you don’t want to see it again for days on end!

Our kia has been booked in 5 different times now and everyone of those times they’ve found an excuse as to why they couldn’t fix the car. Technician not in work, waiting on parts the list goes on. They’ve had our car since Friday (this being the fifth visit) and a single sensor was supposed to be fitted but still we’re waiting for the car 4 days later! Avoid! I know I will be.

How far down the customer satisfaction scale Griffin Mill garage has dropped

I have been dealing with Griffin Mill for at least 50years but never again I find the current crop of staff very offhand and offensive and I cannot understand their charging plan for repairs the idea that there is a charge for plugging in an engine management diagnostic computer which is there to benefit their technicians to find the fault and guide them where the repair is needed as I said before I will never do business with them again

Staff always polite and friendly

Staff always polite and friendly. Service seems to be excellent , with call to update on issues. Only issue has been the need to check if car was ready when close to closing time and rush hour traffic on route.
