I visited Joe Brooks and the team to repair a scratch along the side of my Mitsubishi. The customer service was amazing! The team repaired the scratch within half an hour! Couldn’t ask for a better service and the quality of repair was first class. Would highly recommend them!
Just collected my new Nissan Qashqai. Dealt with Andrew Stentiford who was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He offered a great service, always kept me informed of the delivery of the car and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He explained everything in a friendly and efficient manner. I took my car for it's annual service and M.O.T. on the 20/09/2022. After picking my car up and on my way home I noticed that some of the functions on the car were not working. I phoned Griffin Mill to hind out what could be wrong with the car and was told after some wait that the work shop would phone me back. I am still waiting for that call. It was only by chance that I meet some one that had some knowledge of the car and knew his way around the computer system on the car and we found out that the functions had been switched off.I have also asked in the past why they insist on unplugging my dash-cam. I was told that it's unplugged because of the high jinks that goes on in the work shop and things get thrown around and a lot of bad language is used and they do not want anything being put on social media. If things are being thrown around the work shop and there is high jinks going on I think you have a serious health and safety problem there.
Utterly abysmal service from Griffin Mill, who had my Kia Xceed on Sept 7th 2022 as the keyless entry on the drivers door was not operating. What followed over the next few weeks was a string of pathetic excuses as to why they could not fix the issue. Eventually I'd had enough of their tales of pure fiction and had a go at fixing the problem myself. Part ordered from Wessex Kia, delivered the next day and fitted by myself in under an hour. Something that should have been fixed under warranty by Griffin Mill Kia. Car is now sold, what is the point of buying a car with a 7 year manufactures warranty if the dealership will not honour that warranty.
I brought my Kia in to to Joe Brooks and the team to get my bumper repaired. I was really pleased with the quality of the work and colour match, the speed and efficiency of the work and the friendliness of everyone there. I would highly recommend them.
