I recently purchased a used car for my mother-in-law and worked with Asif Afzal, Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz Cambridge. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely knowledgeable about the car. Discovery had 42k service plus to check heat sheid for rattle at motorway speed. All shields inspected removed and refitted with one having a loose fastener. This was resolved . Car was also washed and cleaned inside . Staff very attentive and professional at all times .
The company sells service agreements that are not regulated. Please be very mindful. They cancelled my agreement and gave me half of the money I paid. I complained to FOS but due to being unregulated they cannot help. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
I am very Satisfied with the customer service I received at Group 1 in peterborough from Arfan Star who has also helped me with previous vehicles. Arfan has shown exceptional customer service and delivered exactly what I was looking for in my next car and sent over a personalized brochure to see what the added specs were and I was very impressed . (Golf R Line) Throughout the Journey of ordering my new car I described to Arfan exactly what i was looking for in my next Car and Arfan worked very promptly to find me the perfect car which was also already in the UK port and was actually a cancelled order from a previous Customer and i was thrilled on how quickly Arfan got back to me on what i was looking for, Arfan also come back with an even better deal and quickly organised paperwork to get the ball rolling and get the car delivered to Peterborough to arrange collection. While I was waiting to pick up my New car Arfan also sent me a personalised video to let me know the car had arrived and gave me a tour.Both Arfan and Hannah arranged an appointment to get the car delivered to be able to pick up on saturday which worked around my work hours and they went up and beyond to serve my needs and expectations, When i arrived to pick up my Car i was quickly Greeted by Arfan and hannah who both could not do enough for you to ensure you were happy with the experience of picking up the car. Throughout the experience paperwork was completed online prior to my appointment to pick the car up so that I wasn't there for hours filling in paperwork and was able to Drive off in my New car pretty quickly, Arfan checked over the car that I was trading in and a few signatures and everything was Ready to go which was such an amazing experience, Overall I didn't spend no more than 30 minutes - 1 hour and that was including getting photos and videos of my new car and setting my phone up on carplay to use right away. My car Looks absolutely Fantastic and Thank Arfan and Hannah so much for such a wonderful experience at Group 1 yet again and I have already been recommending it to my friends and family who will also be intouch. This dealer can not do enough to serve their customers and expectations have definitely been met - Thank you so much --

Just purchased my SL400 (19 plate) from Group1 in Hemel Hempstead. My initial contact was with Mo Labed who dealt with the purchase the whole way through the transaction, from enquiry to 'drive away'. I have to say, that car salesmen have not always been on my Christmas card list, but Mo handled the whole transaction with thorough professionalism and courtesy and was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.'Service' is indeed a rare find these days, but I found it here.I hate it when I hear people giving 110%, or an 11 out of 10, there's no such thing.Mo you got 100% from me, or a 10 out of 10!.
