Despite the advertised mileage being 151, he claimed it was something else. He dismissed our concerns, saying, "well all I can do is apologize and find you another one." This experience highlighted issues of false advertising, misleading practices, and a lack of proper customer service training.

It seems their interest in helping is limited to situations that involve selling me another vehicle and securing another loan, despite my previous significant expenditure with them. It’s clear what their version of loyalty and support entails!
