The worst professional service I have ever encountered in my life. Don't be fooled by the kindness you receive on your first visit (normal for those selling a service anyway), over time you will discover the inability and total disorganization. However, if you really are convinced to use Haart in Clacton, at least make sure that the solicitor will NOT be JsLaw, in which case you start to fear for your mental health and your money. But, if you really want to move forward, remember to record all the conversations you have with Haart staff on your phone, so that their lies can be more easily refuted
I recently attended a property viewing with ihtishaam he was extremely friendly and kind and allowed me and my partner to walk around the property freely and answered any queries. He was very professional and made the process very easy and enjoyable.
sadly had an awful and illegal experience with them at South Woodford. they failed to address my complaint and now i will have to escalate to the property ombudsman. they messed up my moving in day and the manager Darryl was unprofessional and made numerous mistakes including taking my deposit incorrectly , not having any paperwork ready for my move in until the day i moved. making false promises via email that everything was fine to move in , then demanding i pay the deposit again or i couldnt move in, bearing in mind i already paid all the deposit , signed the agreement had all my belongings waiting . they messed up big time but then to tell me i cant move in until i repay the deposit, albeit it would be returned. this was illegal as advised by a solicitor as id already paid all deposits and signed agreement. it was their mistake and i should not have been bullied into paying. i would have been left homeless that wkend if i didnt pay. horrific experience left me having a panic attack and borrowing more money or i would have been left to sleep in my car until they sorted their own mistake out. now their complaint outcome is half concluded and i was even promised compensation via an email and they ignored that aswell. sadly km now having to escalate with support of a solicitor. they broke many property laws that day and have failed to acknowledge. i have so many emails as evidence and they failed to even discuss this with me.
samantha has done her job well , keeping us up to date with the information she has been able to obtain regarding the sale of our property . thank you Samantha for all your imput . however , through no fault of hers , this sale has been dragging on and still has not been finalised, we wish you all the best with your future plans , and thank you .
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Heart, poor communication within the team as well as with us, poor listening skills, consistently got information wrong about our flat including on the listing, had the agent not turn up to a viewing without a call or an apology after, truthfully the lost goes on. Once all that was said and done we had to move to a different estate agency. Very sad to say this was our experience.
During the sale of my late father’s estate, using an alternative estate agent, ‘haart Estate Agents’ saw fit to put a compliment slip through the door with a fictitious claim that someone was interested in purchasing my father’s house. After calling ‘haart’ they tried to cajole us into having their sales representative out, the fictitious buyer was clearly a rouse to backhandedly and dishonestly pinch our business from the estate agent that we were with. We declined the offer of their representative coming out and the fictitious buyer mysteriously vapourised.Less than 5 hours after agreeing the sale of the house, ‘haart Estate Agents’ once again appeared from under the stone they had been lurking under for the past few weeks and cold called us offering their congratulations on the house sale, brushing over my father’s death with fake condolences and then asking if they can be of assistance, presumably so that they can try and poach the conveyancing business. This company is parasitic, dishonestly trying to poach business from more reputable companies. Don’t touch with a bargepole.
