I had the most horrible and pathetic experience with this company!I was treated like a trash! Intimidated and not listened to!I had a complaint about the house I got on mortgage from them, complained immediately to them, sent pictures to my solicitor to also lodge a complaint, but up till now, nothing was done. I went there physically to complain, they promised to fix but up till now, it’s been one story after the other Buy house from them at your own risk!
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND HAART. At the time when I chose the highest possible option in the form of a monthly fee for the management of the house, which lasted a very short time, they were unable to fulfill their obligations to both me as the Landlord and the Tenant. When needed, they did not answer anyone's phone, did not answer emails and did not solve anything. If you choose HAART and pay them any monthly fee, do not count on them providing you or your tenant with anything, quite the opposite. You will be forced to arrange everything yourself, but they will continue to charge you fees.In the event of termination of the contract, they will explicitly insist on you and resolve everything over the phone, they will not write/confirm anything to your email. They demonstrated completely unprofessional behaviour, specifically Rami Hariri, Sam Cable and Sean Doherty Marla - Nottingham branch. One of the women working directly for Haart told me personally and I thank her for it, that Haart, unfortunately, does not have enough staff to cover all the requirements and that they have a large number of such cases and therefore she strongly recommends that I terminate the contract with Haart asap and write a complaint about it.Regardless of the fact that when you come to resolve everything from another country as a non-UK resident, no one requires any proof from you that you are the owner and both the information and the keys to the property are given to you probably based on beautiful eyes.As an apology, they offered a ridiculous £50, which they have not even sent to this day...After I informed them that I no longer wanted any of their services and therefore that the tenant would not send them any money, which they agreed with, the monthly rents was repeatedly demanded from the tenant in all possible forms - by phone, email, post and in such a way that we were constantly harassed by HAART. I do NOT RECOMMEND them at all.
I sold my house through Haarts Dartford and am very happy with the service they provided. I would especially like to thank Ben Charlie Shannon and Nadia who handled the sale. They are professional, dedicated, motivated and reassuring. The entire process from accepting an offer to completion took 2.5 months and I am very happy to be starting my new life in The Midlands. Thank you Haarts Dartford
Never answer phone always goes through to overflow call centre and they never call back! They are trying to sell a neighbours property in Beck Row that has an ongoing legal dispute so unless they are owners of property are lying on legal documents that there are no disputes unsure how they can sell property until resolved as currently issue is with Flagship and Persimmon legal team! Cowboys....
Excellent service from Haart in selling the property within a few days of it going onto the market. A smooth transaction managed well by Oswald and Aswaq Abdul Mansour. Thanks guys for all your hard work and help in getting this completed so quickly.
Having bought and sold 10 houses in the past, this was, without doubt, the worst experience with an estate agent.Firstly, beware of their contract. It states 14 weeks, but you can’t give them the two weeks notice until the end of the contract, which actually makes it a 16 week contract. They completely over-valued the property initially – you would have thought a professional estate agent would be able to see that there were obvious issues which would need attention. I had to spend over £16,000 to bring it up to a standard that would sell for anything near the value that they initially gave it.But worst of all is their communication with clients and internally. I was told by Soraya Rankin that a buyer had sold their property – she even put it in writing – only to find out six weeks later that their property was under offer, NOT sold. Information that I sent to Soraya was not shared with her colleagues, and therefore I would receive calls from colleagues asking me questions I had already answered.Beware, they use a limited number of standard emails that they do not adapt to for your personal situation, so they make no sense at all. And whenever you call them, you get through to a central office who can only pass messages on, some of which never reach the recipient. I moved away from the agency, after complaining about Soraya to one of her colleagues, and placed it with a competitor, as I was so unhappy with the standards being provided. The second agency sold it to a buyer who had originally viewed the property with Haart Hucknall, so I was passed back to Haart, who strangely allocated Soraya as my point of contact again. Very annoying!
