I thought the price quoted for my trip was very competitive so I went ahead and booked and was extremely happy with the service I received. The driver was waiting for me when I dropped off my car early in the morning and the service was quick and efficient. On my return, the driver kept me updated and told me to wait in the terminal as it was raining, and they called as they arrived. I recommend this service, and I am about to book Happy Days for my next trip.
Have been using Happy Days valet Parking at Heathrow T5 for about 10 years and generally had excellent experience. However in the past 4 months prices have suddenly massively increased (+30% & I have before/after receipts) + now adding £5 drop off and £5 pick up parking fee. Arrived tonight and called the return number 17 times over 23 minutes just getting message to say “voicemail full, goodbye”. Eventually they called me back and advise 20 minutes for car drop off. Hung up on me when I tried to complain. Make your own mind up…… it’s not really valet parking is it. I could have got the bus.
Awful company avoid, rude customer service. Take ages to bring car and leave u in the freezing cold waiting making up different excuses to different customers why they are an hour late. Constantly lie when making a complaint and don't take any responsibility for their bad service.
Amazing how this company have not responded to all their customers who have given bad reviews due to poor service. Obviously happy to have taken our money but not willing to try and resolve the issues being raised.I would avoid using this company at all cost More cost efficient to actually pay for a cab to take you to and form the airport. And so much better for your personal mental health and sanity.
