Absolutely amazing service I must say…

Absolutely amazing service I must say Moni is very prompt and collects my car on time and delivers on time also.Happy days parking sent me an automated text which I find professional for me getting a text regarding to give a call prior 30 minutes coming to the terminal and if the customers like myself would like an car valet (prices vary).Zak on the other hand with his service on the phone was very organised and was supportive with me getting directions to the terminal passenger drop off departures.Overall I'll give this service a 10/10.Take my word on it👍

Really happy with this service

Really happy with this service. Left my phone in my car at drop off and they brought the car back straight away although it had already been parked. Easy pick up on return and good communication. I will definitely be using this company again.

I'm perfectly happy.

Competitive price. Drop off and pick up worked well, even though I was a little early. Only odd thing is that the place now used for handover is not the one mentioned when booking so the site needs an update. Cheerful staff too.

I am a Manager at Happy Days Parking. THERE ARE SO MANY FAKE COMMENTS. The reason being there is a lot of competition, and I believe competitors are making fake comments for profit. We took over Happy days Parking recently because one of the previous owners was immature and deceptive to his other partners. We have understood that the reviews left was from a person who knew the whole operation and not from a customer, hence the detail in the review. We as new owners are from a good family background. We do not steal a spare tyre, or anything else. When we did take over Happy Days parking we had initial teething problems, but we are fast learners with 30 years of business and customer relations experience. Our service now is second to non. Hence why we have taken the initiative by asking every customer to leave a honest review by sending them a text...as below: 'Here's the link, please give us a honest review about the service we provided,...review link...Happy Days Parking.co.uk'We are currently implementing more transparency via technology in camera systems and photos of cars.The camera systems will let you view that your car is parked in a secured compound 24/7 via an app, and not on the Colnbrook Bypass near Heathrow for weeks like other companies. It's Happy Days every time

Happy Days is now my Go-To Meet and Greet company at Heathrow. I have used them half a dozen times and they have always been prompt and courteous when collecting and returning my car, as well as offering value for money. I definitely recommend.
