Review Time
I left a review for Happydays parking as I was so unhappy with the service of these cowboys. I have just gone on to look again and they have put a fake review up in my name! I will be reporting them to Trustpilot and anyone else I can find online. They need to be shut down for their underhand running of their so called company. They are a joke! Not sure how they sleep at night. Just to clarify DO NOT USE them!
Very great service will use again I change my registration and I was aware that I was needed to pay £20 for the insurance purposes.I book my car at 10:15 pm and my car arrived and I didn’t inform the company that the flight was delayed I was then charged because the company gave my car after working hours.Thank you to the Parking company for the happy satisfaction for me and my family.Please read T&C’s for their instructions to call 30 minutes before arriving to the terminal you don’t just turn up and call I’ve seen the reviews and think it’s their way of getting a refund back in my eyes.Once again use this company 👍🏽
Absolutely awful. They took 50 mins to come and collect my car so I missed my onward journey. They didn’t care, didn’t apologies and made it all out to be my fault. I was sobbing as I had missed my onward connection and all he wanted was more money off me. Horrid horrid company, do not use.
Dreadful. Despite giving my drop of time and confirming it 3 times on phone on my way to airport there was no one to meet me. I waited 30 minutes and then had to abandon car as I was in danger of missing my flight. On my return had to await 45 minutes for my car to arrive and then made to pay three times the normal car park charge for my drop off. As per a previous review I was under the impression parking charges included. I emailed the company on several occasions to query this charge and why three times more than actual rate. Zero replies. Avoid this company.
Dreadful and misleading service. £5.30 to be paid when dropping off the car. The website claims that there are no hidden charges but I was £35 charged for an extra day because of flight delays - the website says it is £15 per day. The car was dropped off to me over an hour after I called them when arriving back ( in the pouring rain ) and Heathrow have now sent me a parking penalty for using the drop off zone ( which Happy Days directed me to use ) for a further £40. The worst and oddly most expensive way to park at Heathrow
Have used Happy Days parking before and had a good experience, efficient drop off and collection. Not so smooth this time. Website says drop off and collect at short stay car park and that there are no hidden extras to cost. This is not true. They are still using the drop off zone and making the customer pick up the £5 charge so cost of your parking £10 more than you expect overall. I’m also sat here at T5 an hour after I collected my bags and no car. Will not use again. Purple parking a better bet.
