Very good service will use again I thought about using the service after seeing the reviews but I’ve seen why because of the charges of the amendment and extra days.Please call for Zak best one in the company and will make sure you have a good service.I had 20 mileage taken of the car and I had a tracker to see where it got driven. Thanks happy days parking for this service and I’ll book again.
AVOID AVOID AVOIDE DO NOT USE HAPPY DAYSIt was dodgy from the start and I should have listened to my gut instinct. They were over an hour and 20 late in meeting me meaning I was late to check in. I had to pay for them to leave the car park. The man was rude meeting me and the person who took my car ...who knows if they were legal to drive!! They were 2 hours late to meet me and my car was damaged on return. The man ran away from me in the car park and I was left with a damaged car. The company refused to answer any calls from me and they haven't replied to emails. I've reported them to Trading Standards and I reported them to the booking company who now no longer use them. Avoid this companyI wish I had read the reviews before making a booking with them. Is this company actually trading legally? They seem to charge customers whatever they want despite the pricing listed on their website. The driver was over 20 minutes late to pick up the car, there was no compensation, not even an apology; however, if you are slightly late (about 10 minutes) upon arrival, there is a penalty charge, and of course, this cannot be found on their website. If for any reason, you need to extend your parking session by an extra day, they charge you 35, not the 15 as stated on their website, because of the hidden admin cost. If you need any help from them, you'd expect very rude customer service, if any at all. This company should be inspected for legal trading.
What I do not understand is how companies like this cannot be stopped. They use our cars for other means when they take them. That is clear from the condition they are given back in and the fact that all camera cards are taken out. Read all reviews below. This is beyond a bad company; it is a criminal operation that no-one is doing anything about.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was delayed due to to traffic getting to the airport and was charged extra even though I informed them by phone. Secondly, the driver “Tony” said that rather than me parking up my vehicle in short stay he could meet me outside drop off. When he collected my vehicle he said give me the cash and I will pay the £5 for exiting the airport and on collection of your vehicle I will pay the £5 for you. He took the cash but never paid for the ticket to leave the airport on drop off and I received a parking ticket for £80. Called their office around 50 times only to speak to Nina who wasn’t able to help and told me to email in. I sent around 10 emails asking for them to pay for the parking ticket. No response received..not even a phone call back to apologise. Instead I got told that it’s my responsibility and I shouldn’t have given the money to their driver “Tony” even though he suggested that this was a service they could provide. I have reported their company to Heathrow Airport and other review companies.
Absolutely awful experience, zero flexibility. Wanted to arrive one hour early due to queues at the airport but they did not want to send a driver. On the return, we were charged extra £20 for shortening our stay. Cash in hand, no receipt. Rude driver.
