We do NOT recommend this company. We waited over an hour for our car to be brought to the pick up point, after an overnight flight from the USA.

Great service

Great service, our return flight landed 30 mins before expected but driver called me to say he would be around 8-9 minutes before he arrived, good to hear from them, I don’t like waiting around at the airport not knowing how long the driver would be so it was very reassuring. I will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE SERVICE.

Gave them one star as can’t give half - half only because the first customer service assistant a lady was very polite and helpful as I had arrived a day late to pick up my car. However what an appalling attitude the customer service guy had. Not willing to listen and very aggressive over the phone. They brought my car at LHR to the drop off parking which they are not allowed to do. The driver had the nerve to lie to the airport security and say I asked them to bring it there yet they instructed me to go there as apparently the terminal 3 short stay parking was busy. I found that very appalling as she started speaking to him in her language lying, thank God the security saw through it and told her off.NOW the major problem is the driver damaged my driver side car seat and it does not adjust then she tried to deny she had adjusted the seat. It was clearly adjusted as it was not in my normally position anymore. When I range their office I spoke to the guy at customer service who was extremely rude and very aggressive over the phone and had to hang up and he then tried to call me from different numbers which I of-course ignored as I felt harassed . These people do not care about your vehicle, only care about money it seems. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE SERVICE.Such a shame as my experience dropping the car off was pleasant but the young arrogant guy at customer service should not be dealing with people, he gives the company a negative image. I will never use these people again. A scam is what this is and will definitely be reporting to the police.Update: so discovered they disconnected my security camera in the car and took the SD card out obviously so nothing was recorded. Makes you wonder why they had to do that. Car making a funny sound as well which it didnt have when I dropped it off. Absolutely disgusting

A rip off and terrible service- avoid

No agents at the car park and turned up late despite being advised by telephone exactly when we would arrive. We were made to pay for the parking ticket both ways which was never advertised when we booked. Book elsewhere - the cheaper price is not worth the poor service and extra cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY.If I could give minus stars I would.The customer service of the staff is disgraceful, even towards the police when we had to get them involved.The company wouldn’t release our car even though payment had been made and we took screen shots of the instant receipt from Sage. The police could see our evidence and tried to liaise with the company, but company continued to use our car as hostage until a second payment would be made. As they didn’t comprehend that some payments with banks pend over the weekend. They said if two pays were taken from our account we would be reimbursed straight away and would send us an email ASAP to confirm this…BUT AS YOU CAN GUESS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PAYMENT AND NOR WILL THIS COMPANY REPLY TO OUR MESSAGES. They are a disgrace and do not deserve your business. Please look else where and take this and the other negative comments on board.

Unhappy days

Very bad experience with this outfit - they seem very amateurish. It started with them having lost my booking when I called them on my day of departure, and ended with them charging me a £20 penalty for my flight being delayed by an hour ... they virtually threatened not to return my car to me if I didn't agree to pay it. For a £50 booking for a week, having to fork out £20 for being a bit late feels like a major rip off, especially as there was nothing in their guidance that said this was their policy (all it says that if it is delayed by more than a day, there is a charge of £15 per day). Will never use them again. Amateurs.PS: several of positive reviews on this site - look fake. Tell-tale sign is that the reviewer has just written one review - i.e. the account was created to write a fake review.
