AS I THOUGHT WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE, IT IS IN FACT MADE IN CHINA [I NEED SAY NO MORE!] I AM NOW RETURNING THE ITEM AND THIS WILL MEAN I'M OUT OF POCKET FOR THE COST OF RETURN POSTAGE. I BELIEVE THE SELLER HAS A DUTY [WHEN SELLING PRODUCTS ON-LINE] TO BE OPEN ABOUT ORIGINS AND TO SHOW A PHOTO WITH A PERSON WEARING THE ITEM, SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY INFORMED BEFORE PURCHASING.ALSO, THE HAT HAS AN ATTACHED TICKET ADVISING MATERIAL IS MADE IN SCOTLAND; ALSO SHOWING A UNION JACKET/FLAG ON IT. I STRESS THIS HAT IS NOT THE QUALITY OF A BRITISH PRODUCT. PERSONALLY I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Excellent All Round Shopping Experience.

Purchased a Decker Trilby.Must be into double figures with the hats ive bought from Village Hats.As always communication was first class and the hat arrived boxed and in excellent new condition.

I give Village Hats 10 stars! I got the beautiful hat within 2 days - even during the postal strike - and it's far, far better than I'd imagined. Huge Mad Hatter's hat, top quality, velvet, beautifully crafted and stitched, and fits any head size because it's stretchy inside. I'm going to be wearing it all over Xmas & New Year, not only for the celebration in March that I'd bought it for. (I foresee friends asking to borrow it, too...) I've saved VH's details to pass on to friends, and for when I need another hat. Thank you, VH! x

Beautiful berets

I purchased two berets from Village hats and they were really nice. I loved both the leopard skin design and the black with shiny small beads. Their customer service is excellent and I will definitely be using them again.

Magical faux fur!…

My delivery was late due to Royal Mail strike but my query was answered so quickly and when my faux fur pill box hat arrived in a large box I was not disappointed so beautiful, so chic and so warm. I will be buying another shortly in black. Would definitely recommend 100%.Rosie P
