Review Time
Arrived at Heathrow after a long haul flight today, 13th January , waited for 45 mins for our car to be dropped off. The car was covered in mud including the inside driver side and passenger side. It looked like it had been in a car rally in a mud bank. There was only half a tank of petrol left, yet I had filled the car with petrol the morning I went to the airport and only done 40 miles to the airport. The car had obviously been used while we were away. The delivery driver rushed off when we complained and was rude. My husband has taken photos and we will be contacting the police. This company are a bunch of crooks and I would avoid them at all costs.
We used this company earlier this week, we called the company as we arrived into LHR and they said car would be 20 mins, didn’t arrive, called again and it hadn’t been dispatched....multiple phone calls and 1hr 15 later our car arrived looking like it had been parked in a field!During our wait, we looked at the reviews below (6 days ago, not the recent glowing reviews) and realised there was issues, we then checked the booking website compareparkingdeals.co.uk and realised that the many positive reviews which made us comfortable with booking the service had been removed - they were back to 0 reviews (apart from this site where they clearly can’t remove them!)
