Do not use this company EVER!!

Do not use this company. Service on collection was appalling, driver on phone and threw the keys to me!! I noticed the dashcam had been unplugged when I had sepcifically requested it stay connected.

Car delivered back with a foot long cracked windscreen

The car was delivered back to us with the driver virtually running away saying the key was in car. We found out why - the windscreen had a foot long crack in it.They said it wasn't covered and cost us our excess, £115. They told me to read the terms and conditions which says they switch dash cams off and there insurance only covers it whilst it is being driven and not whilst parked. So no proof.

AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE! It is not a meet and greet service, its a wait until I can come and drop your car off. We waited over an hour for our car in a cold car park with nowhere to sit! they just lie and tell you they are stuck in traffic on the M25. I checked the traffic on my GPS and no traffic in either direction from M25 to M4. I also have a dash cam and onboard computer. They left my car on a side road, not even in a secure car park and it was used SEVERAL times by them while I was on holiday. NEVER AGAIN and please please please DO NOT USE THEM. To add insult to injury when I called to complain they told me to F OFF...

Very poor

I rang on my arrival back to Heathrow. 55 minutes and several calls later my car arrived. If I was told the car was going to be delayed, I could have stayed in the airport and had a coffee rather than wait in a cold carpark. I also had to wait for them when I dropped my car off. Only 10 minutes so not too bad. Also, it is not made clear when booking that you have to pay the airport waiting charge yourself 2 x £7.50.

Avoid at all cost

While away for a week Heathrow Platinum Parking used my car for personal use, clocking up nearly 100 miles over 4 days and top speeds of 75mph, they also left it parked in an industrial estate and not a secure car park.Only response I’ve had is we’ll look into it

I have been advised by the police to…

I have been advised by the police to contact Hillingdon trading standards as the police can’t help as we sign into a contract with them but are aware that they are keeping cars on streets , using them for personal use , clocked up 3 x fines of £90 each from driving my car through low emission zones . They don’t deal with your complaints but unfortunately non of this is illegal and I had to pay the £270 fines whilst I now try taking it to tribunal .Ruined my holiday experience!!! Do not use !!!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE - they damaged our car which came back dented and with scratched paint (likely hitting a pole or another car!). We used PremiumParking (also known as BestHeathrowMeetAndGreetParking) for the service, after searching via CompareYourParking.co.uk. Upon dropoff on 1st December, the meet and greet service advised us NOT to go to Short Stay as per normal instructions, but to Drop-Off. As you know Drop off is busy and on the road so we were unable to take pictures and felt rushed. On our return on 1st January, the driver took 30 minutes to arrive, came speeding into short stay, threw across the keys and fled suspiciously. We didn’t even get the ticket to leave the carpark. We then checked over our car and saw the dents and scratches on one side.We took pictures just before our travel at our home, and then immediately upon seeing the damage in short stay and calling them to state it (along with the fact that the guy fled!). After 1 month of contacting the meet and greet service to resolve the damage to our car, and them not responding, they finally responded saying they would not cover the damage they caused because they’d rushed us into the drop-off area and we were unable to safely take pictures.Do not use these people, they took no care of our car, had horrendous after sales, and damaged our car without taking responsibility.

DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE.Had my car over Christmas period. My car doesn’t meet ULEZ so we received a penalty charge for a date that it should have been parked. When I called to ask why I was told that it is stated in the terms and conditions that they move cars between car parks. I checked the T&Cs and this is not correct, when asked where it was on the T&Cs they couldn’t find it and fobbed me off with the line ‘your car may be PARKED up to 50 miles away’, that does not tell me you move my car between car parks and that I will get a ULEZ charge. They wouldn’t do anything about it, TFL won’t cancel the charge as it’s between me and them. £90 charge.I made sure I paid the ULEZ charge the day I dropped it off and picked it up. I feel like my car was used when it shouldn’t have been and makes me question are our cars safe!

the only one to use

i have used many meet and greet companies, this is simply the best, a little worried at first as the mobile number was busy, 5 minutes later it wasnt. dropped car off as instructed and collected as instructed, no damage, no extra miles and waited in the car park no more than 5 minutes for collection. brilliant service and thanks again, will only use this company in the future

Diabolical

We booked this through Comparetheparking.co.uk under the name of Premium Parking .There is nothing Platinum about this service. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. We booked 6 days parking at Terminal 5 Heathrow airport. On our return our car was badly scratched , and also we had 3 ULEZ parking fines totalling £270. All were charged while the car was driven by their driver. We sent 4 emails to the e-mail addressed published on Comparetheparking only for them to be read and ignored. We called several times once to be told to call back after 6.30pm when a manager would be available, only to be told at this time that the managers had gone home. Eventually we managed to speak to a manager (who refused to give his name) and he stated that it is our responsibility. We are yet to understand how our car being damaged while we are on holiday is our responsibility.Overall the communication from this company is diabolical and I will not be trusting them with our vehicle again.
