DO NOT USE, DAMAGED CAR!

DO NOT USE! DAMAGED CAR!Unfortunately I hadn't read reviews so either I had. Just collected the car and damage to bumper and significantly damaged alloy and tyre. Car was driven for 50 miles during the time! Driven by very poor drivers.Delay on drop off and pick up would have stopped me using them again, then saw the car! Now for the hassle of trying to claim! To reiterate DO NOT USE!!!!

In my opinion, these guys are thieves

Never ever use this company, one of their drivers stole money from my car. I had 2 coin holders in the center console each holding £15. When I return these had been taken, it could only have been someone from this company.

WORST IN HISTORY OF PARKING COMPANIES

this company made me forget we are in uk. almost thought we landed in a different place. when i returned to my car to see alot of my stuff missing. thieves. liars. ZERO STARS . i blame heathrow to. for letting these criminals operate on there grounds. appauled shocked. pissed off.

Dreadful Service

Dreadful Service - Waited an hour for my car to come back to Terminal 5 - I called them 10 times and they totally fobbed me off with lies and the guy on the phone was so rude to me.My car arrived in the worst condition - they had parked it under a tree and it was absolutely covered in birds mess and dust.In a way you get what you pay for and I will never use this company again.

Unfortunately I booked without reading reviews.This company is awful the man was rude when collecting the car and 1hour late arriving to us, car had mud all over inside carpets including the mats.I paid for meet&greet so I expected meet&greet!Instead the key was left on my car for anyone to take!!I’m absolutely disgusted!

Rude, slow and hidden charges

Rude, car was taken to the wrong terminal, they make you pay for parking when you drop your car off for departure and they make you pay for parking when they drop your car off (when it eventually gets to the correct parking). They say 10 minutes and it ends up being 30 minutes. So in summary don’t use them unless you like slow service and hidden charges.

Honestly the worst

Honestly the worst. Whoever we spoke to on the phone has no communication skills. The night before our flight out the flight was delayed so we rang to say instead of 5:45 am will be like 11am - the guy taking this message acted as if us calling to advise was odd which did confuse us - then got woken up at 5:49am by the driver asking where we are - credit here though as this guy was so apologetic. Coming back we had booked for 4:45 which until 4:40 we thought we would make - rang to say running late but airline caused so whatever extra we would pay - they hadn’t even left but said they would leave then. Rang at 5pm to chase, 5:15 to chase and again at 5:30 where the guy was so rude and blamed me and raised his voice. This is not meet and greet. It’s wait and greet. In fairness the drivers were fine but whoever answers that phone needs intensive customer service training.

Never use this company

Never use this company. It is not meet and greet. It is you show up at the agreed time and they turn up when they like. On departure I waited over 45 minutes to be met by anyone at Heathrow. On arrival I waited over 30 minutes. They clearly have no idea how to coordinate a meet and greet service so I would avoid this company at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!When I arrived back at Heathrow from a weekend away I called this company as soon as I landed while still on the plane so they could bring my car to me and yet we waited for almost an hour in the freezing cold for them to arrive. When the driver arrived my car was making a loud screeching noise and the man was driving very slowly. I instantly knew he’d been driving with the handbrake on. I challenged him when he pulled up but he played dumb. As I opened the boot to put our luggage in, the smell of burnt brakes was horrendous and I called the driver back over to ask him to sit back in my car as he had clearly been driving with the handbrake on! He denied it and said to send an email if I want to make a complaint. I took my car to the mechanic a couple of days later and my brakes were completely fried - they were so bad that all the medal had cracked. The mechanic was blown away at the state of them. It cost me £300 to replace all 4 brake pads. I made a complaint on 4th December and have still not had a response. The only number available for this company is the mobile number you call when you are ready to drop off/collect your car and they keep telling me they can’t deal with complaints over the phone. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I used this company. Please DO NOT USE this company.
