Terrible service

Terrible service. We called an hour before we arrived at terminal 3 and was told where to take the car to drop it off, however, we waited for 45 minutes as there was nobody there. On collection of the vehicle again we followed instructions and told them that we were at the baggage and he advised us to go to level four and he would meet us there with our car. We waited and called and were told five more minutes each time, however, we ended up waiting over and hour in the freezing cold. The driver then bolted and said we should email the company if unhappy. Email sent but no response. Terrible company will never use again!! This is not a meet and greet!!

Appalling

The drivers clearly don't realise that modern cars have Apps which can show you where the car is and how it is being driven. If I didn't have an App I would not have been aware that the driver was driving my car at speeds of up to 115mph, or indeed that he was using it several times before parking it up. Appalling.

A lot of waiting

We have used lots of meet and greets at different airports but this company had us waiting 45mins to drop the car off even tho we arrived at the booked time and called 30 mins before arrival and on collection we had children standing cold for 30 mins waiting for the car to arrive. Not a great start or end of a holiday, wouldn’t book with them again.

Horrible service and rude customer…

Horrible service and rude customer service. I left my car at the Heathrow meet and greet and got back noticing that they have taken my car on a 30 mile joy ride. Absolute preposterous! Car was left with them with 355361 miles on the odometer and came back with 35590! Do not use!

Terrible service!! DO NOT USE

Terrible service! They took my car for a joy ride and I could tell due to the Apple tag left in the car. They then just left the car at the parking and left it there with the key for me to collect. Anyone could have stolen the car and when calling the driver just made a bunch of excuses. Price quoted is not the price you pay. Add £15 for the parking tickets they make you pay for upon arrival. They aren’t insured drivers and purple parking who are much better for the same price. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- even on pain of death!On drop off there was no one to meet us and we ended up waiting 40 minutes. Had to get the others to go ahead to check in with bags and I waited -nearly missed check in!On return -I had a family emergency so left everyone and charged through passport control. i called when on the plane, and the owner promised me he would have a driver as I said the otehrs are grabbing my bags and I'd be coming straight through -and still the car was not there! I had to call the office 8 times to whcih the owner was swearing at me saying 'you're not there waiting'...which I was!! I then waited another 25 minutes, on top of the time it took me to get from the plane. The guy who dropped teh car off to me couldn't apologise enouigh saying it was his first day and that these guys are just horrendous - trust me, they don't even qaulify for that Title. JUST DON'T!!!!!

Terrible service!!!

The service in which these guys run is very unprofessional, I was met at the airport for my flight departure which went very well but upon returning I was left waiting at Terminal 3 for over 2 hours in the cold.The controller explained that my car has a puncture and they will be sending someone to pick me up soon. Upon arrival at the carpark my car had been moved with the flat tyre and was left in the middle of the carpark with an electric car pump attached to it. I was left in the pouring rain to organise the AA and pay for the tyre to be changed, and this was not how I gave them my car!The controller on the day promised to pay for the new tyre as they admitted that it was entirely their fault but up until now, all I have received is abuse every time I ring the office number and people constantly hanging the phone up on me.I will never use these guys again and I will warn you guys not to use their services 0 out 0!

Away for city break and booked a meet…

Away for city break and booked a meet and greet at Heathrow T3. Ended up bokking with this company as it seemd to be legittamate and linked to Heathrow parking. Some concerns at drop off but was excited to get away. On return to the UK it started to unravel. Only the one driver availble and up to 1 hour wait. I checked the cars tracker app and my car was parked on a main road near Stockley Park. Finally the car arrived and the driver couldnt wait to get away claiming he was the only driver working on that day. He gave me my key and car park ticket and ran off, and I mean ran, before I could check the car with him. No wonder he ran off my passenger front wheel was mashed. Clearly kerbed for a considerable length badly damaging the wheel and rubbing the branding off the tyre. I have been chasing Haethrow Platinum Parking for an exlpanation and to engage in compensation discussions but al i get is rude and abnoxious responses. Suggest everybody avoids using this company they are cowboys. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!

Heathrow Platinum Parking Terminal 3 - everyone please be aware these guys are not Heathrow airport approved. The meet and greet service was chaotic. My car was badly damaged by the driver returning my car. By the time I noticed the damage and wanted to bring it to the attention of the driver, he had disappeared running off via the car park staircase! I am now trying to raise a claim and getting the “run around” from customer services and everyone I manage to speak with. Be aware if you are thinking of using this company just DONT !!!!

This is the worst parking service I have ever come across in my entire life. I’m still waiting for my car two hours after calling from the airport to say that I have arrived with my bags. What an absolute shower of shite. Avoid at all costs
