Budget price for acceptable service, just don’t expect quick drop off and delivery. Also FYI they don’t use the parking as on your booking, and instead operate from the drop off location at T5 so dispatch car (or driver) when they match this to another customer’s pickup or drop off.
I experienced a world class service with the platinum team starting with the guy I spoke on the phone when I dropped my car then a very professional driver I can only suggest platinum to others well done team and keep your customers happy.
After reading the numerous reviews, I should make most folk who look this business up aware that I used this valet service back in December 2019, and promptly reported them to the police upon collecting my car.Similar experience with collecting my car as most here, where it took them an hour to get my car back to me, and the driver left in a mad dash. My car had racked up an unacceptable amount of mileage, and upon inspecting the dash cam it revealed that my car was used during the day's I was away. The police confirmed this as theft, and these people are currently under investigation.They've not responded to a single one of my phone calls or correspondence. If you have already booked with them, I'd strongly advise you contact your credit card company to tell them you've been potentially scammed, and I'd certainly not advise handing your car over to these crooks.
My family and I arrived at Heathrow Terminal 4 this morning expecting to collect our car and go home after a long haul flight. However, when I contacted the given phone number, their was initially no reply. Eventually, I was instructed to call back after 15 minutes, during which midway through the conversation, the guy hung up the phone.After 15 minutes of waiting patiently, I called the given number only to hear lots of yelling and noise in the background. The person who took the call said that I would have to wait more than an hour before a driver could bring our car back, and once again, he was in a rush to end the conversation. As of writing, I strongly doubt that we will get our car back within the next 2 hours.We faced a similar situation on arrival 2 weeks ago, in which we were just about to miss our flight, solely due to the late arrival of the driver in picking up our car from the drop off point.I wish that I had checked reviews with this company prior to booking 2 weeks ago. This was THE WORST parking experience that I have ever had with Meet and Greet companies. I would strongly recommend to avoid booking with this company AT ALL COSTS.
Avoid. I booked meet and greet to book parking at Heathrow airport. It said to ring 1/2 hour before arrival, which we did. We then had to wait over an hour for the driver to turn up, worried that we’d be late to catch the plane. On arrival we rang again, as requested, once we collected the luggage. After which we had to wait again 1 hour until driver arrived. Both times we were asked to go to the drop off zone and not the short stay car park, where itt clearly says no parking or waiting!!!!
