I've been lucky having the Hilo/Aktiia band since they were first launched. After having high blood pressure problems my Hilo has been a brilliant collecting my readings for my doctor. So close to the real measurements every time. Had such good service from the support team, they are so helpful and sorted with a replacement when I had faulty charger. Thanks Guys!
Personalized (no bot) customer service helped to solve my problem with the product. As I am suffering high pressure and my doctor receive my reports being convinced about Hilo accuracy, it would be a pity to discontinue the use of the product. Excellent service as I received the replacement in few days
The device is comfortable to wear all the time (it was a concern of mine). The delivery was delivered well packed. The instruction book is tiny - but available on line and the guidance is excellent. The website said delivery in 5 - 7 days but it took longer so I got a bit concerned.
Calibration cuffs measurements do match doctor's office in either the machine they use or when personally done by the doctor himself. Off by up to 30 points on systolic, and 15 on diastolic. This device is worthless. I have lost 20 pounds since I bought it so the cuff fits just fine ( their claim was it was too tight to read correctly) and it STILL reads incorrectly. This product is a SCAM. Preying on people with high blood pressure who are desperate to get it under control. Sad.
