Kirsty helped us organise our holiday of a lifetime to South Africa. Africa was a complete unknown to us and Kirsty's first hand knowledge and experience of all the places we wanted to visit was fantastic. Tailoring the holiday to our very specific requests and within our budget was brilliant. The holiday itself was fantastic and the level of information provided unprecedented and so incredibly useful all the way down to driving directions and restaurant suggestions. I cannot recommend Holiday Architects highly enough and Kirsty is now working on our next adventure
We had a brilliant trip to Jordan which Ian planned superbly. We told him what we would like to see and he fitted it and more into a well designed trip. Our driver was really wonderful and looked after us so well, and we had some really interesting conversations about life in Jordan . Everyone we came into contact with was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are proud of their country and rightly so, and they want you to have an enjoyable time. We saw a great deal, learnt a lot and made some wonderful memories. The sites are exceptional and the museums first rate. Jordan had been on our wish list for more than 20 years and it exceeded our expectations
We have just returned from a fantastic 17 days in Namibia - all aspects of which were arranged by Kirsty. From the outset, the information including tips and advice provided was excellent - Kirsty's knowledge of the country meant our trip was tailored to suit our preferences including a 2 day trek and 2 nights sleeping out under the stars - a real highlight! Our many questions were always answered comprehensively, and the documentation, App and tips we received set us up perfectly to enjoy the trip. Would absolutely use Holiday Architects again and would highly recommend them.
We had a fabulous holiday in Peru organised by Louise. She really understood what we wanted, and provided great advice and help. Wonderful hotels, great communication, everything you could hope for. We would definitely use Holiday Architects again.
All went well planning etc until deposit paid. Then no further communication. We even had to contact company to pay full amount ! Some of the length of journeys and planning was not as expected and service not to our usual expectations. E mails not picked up re help required. Not going to be more negative as not helpful. But definitely will not use Holiday Architects again.
We decided to use Holiday Architects following our first time use to South Africa last year which was very good hence we decided again explore reusing HA to visit Canada. This time we embarked on a fly/drive tour around the west of Canada and the holiday build was excellent. Our point of contact was a Paul Turner. We received an initial itinary based on Pauls local knowledge and experience and then over 3-4 phone friendly and helpful calls we honed it down in detail to our requirements and his recommendations. The actual holiday was excellent, everything went as planned with no hiccups. Canada is like the Lake District on steroids and will blow you away, the roads are great to drive on and very well signed. The people very friendly and accommodating.From my experience Holiday Architects have got the right model, they take the stress and time out of a lot of the planning, have excellent customer care, great follow up and very flexible with a budget you set them. Try them and I think you will agree
Amazing holiday in Malaysia & Borneo - Erin was super helpful & helped us in choosing a once in a lifetime holiday - special memories in a beautiful country. All accommodation was great, tour guides knowledgeable and helpful & transfers went really smoothly.
Wow - what an incredible adventure in Peru! From the Amazon jungle to hiking into Machu Picchu and the stunning scenery of Palcoya rainbow mountains - this was a holiday of a lifetime. An exciting tailor made itinerary put together by Dawn with the local team and expert guides supporting us every step of the way. We were really looked after! The holiday went over and beyond our expectations.
