We booked a holiday to Japan with Holiday Architects. The whole experience was wonderful! Emma took time to understand us and our needs and then built a holiday that suited us perfectly! The process of booking and getting ready was managed very well and the holiday itself was also amazing. All the arrangements Emma had put in place worked brilliantly. I would thoroughly recommend Holiday Architects to anyone looking to have an interesting, well-organised trip!
Holiday Architects helped us create the perfect itinerary for our recent trip to Japan. We already knew the main places we wanted to visit, but they recommended a couple of other places we'd not ever thought about going to. Those other places turned out to be absolute highlights of our trip. The team's knowledge of Japan based on their own travel experience was incredible! The attention to detail is impeccable. All of the information we received was so clear and precise and it was great having the Vamoos App to refer to and view our itinerary along with lots of other useful information. The other App we were given access to for our trip was absolutely brilliant! Every detail for every day was listed, hotel details, directions, train times, trip information, restaurant recommendations,etc etc. The list goes on and on. Our entire trip was an absolute dream. Everything went so smoothly from the meet and greet at the airport to our final drop off. The communication with the Holiday Architects team was also faultless. Any query we had in the run up to our trip was quickly answered. They are extremely thorough, very professional and helpful, but beyond that, so lovely, friendly and genuine.Would use again and absolutely recommend to friends.
We choose Holiday Architects so we have a chance to work with an expert on an region, who will combine their knowledge with listening to what we enjoy and are hoping to get out of a particular holiday. Paul really delivered on a wonderful trip to Canada for us this autumn. We had a brilliant balance between exploring cities and their culture and architecture, with some great opportunities to see beautiful fall landscapes and eat some amazing food thrown in for good measure. Holiday Architects were excellent from start to finish. It was great to be able to discuss my requirements direct with a ‘knowledgeable human being’, (otherwise known as Catherine). I had very specific requirements as I wanted to see the effect of the Khareef (monsoon) on the Dhofar region of Oman. Holiday Architects organised everything and were extremely flexible and kept me informed of any changes immediately. The driver/guides they booked for me were very knowledgable and flexible as well. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to other travellers and using them again for future trips.

She has a passion for Namibia which shows in everything she does and is fully demonstrated in the remarkable itinerary she put together for us. This started with her dogged determination to clear issues we had with the visa applications and continued throughout the holiday with amazing accommodation, mind-blowing excursions showing off the amazing scenery and ticking every box in wildlife spotting. Our guide, Zepe, went above and beyond at all times including making sure that our health issues were fully supported. This truly was the trip of a lifetime and we will not hesitate to use Holiday Architects another time.

From our first enquiry we were impressed with Kirsty’s knowledge of the area and her patience, working to create our perfect itinerary. We knew we didn’t have time to visit everywhere on our list but Kirsty came up with suggestions that helped us see as much of Northen Namibia as possible and also visit Victoria Falls. All the maps and information provided are in depth and the excursions organised were excellent. The ground team so helpful while we were there, responding quickly to help when needed. Truly a trip of a lifetime and memories we will have forever. We will definitely use the company again and will be speaking to Kirsty soon to arrange a trip to Southern Namibia.
Holiday Architects put together a memorable trip for us in Chile and Argentina, covering fantastic desert and mountain landscapes, amazing wildlife and superb places to stay, from comfortable hotels to luxurious estancias. Highlights amongst many were stargazing in the Atacama desert, the iconic Torres del Paine and the Perito Moreno glacier.
