Placed the order for 10 new Laurel Bushes and received a friendly phone call to confirm details and delivery.The next day I had to cancel the order due to a change in circumstance and received another very friendly call to confirm the refund has been processed.Although I never made a purchase this time, the service received was very friendly, professional and courteous
I'd never ordered from this company before, but saw them online when I was searching for plants that aren't currently available from my local nurseries. Am so glad I found them; I ordered four shrubs, and every aspect of the service was great. The minimum spend of £60 was a bit of a pain, but turned out well in the end, as I remembered about another plant I wanted, and they had it, so that was good!They came within a few days and the packaging was absolutely brilliant.All four are superb, matching or exceeding the images on the website.I highly recommend them on the basis of this extremely positive experience.
Ordered bare root native hedge plants in November for a specified date in mid-January. The order arrived on time, with a really good planting and care guide in the pack. Packaging was straw, so can use that mixed in my compost too. All in all, great service. Excellent website and really informative. Would order again for sure.

Company provides a map of the areas of the UK to which deliveries can be made. Despite being well within that area, they refuse to deliver to us- having already collected all my personal details and credit card details. This is FRAUDULENT! AVOID this company’s lies and buy elsewhere.
Ordered bare root Ewe hedging from Hopes Grove after cows ate my Escallonia then discovered it was potentially fatally poisonous to livestock, called to change my order to cowproof but non toxic Hawthorn and the lovely lady from customer services who took my call could not have been more friendly or helpful. The Hawthorn was delivered well packaged, healthy looking and above the size advertised, the delivery happened within the date range stated when ordering and communication about the delivery was good. I cannot recommend Hopes Groves Nurseries highly enough. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. A glitch with their online order system was quickly rectified and the plants I ordered were delivered in a couple of days by a tracked service. As for the plants themselves - magnificent... very heathy and much bigger than anticipated.
