We bought potted bird friendly hedging plants from Hopes Grove Nurseries and are really delighted with our plants. They arrived well packaged, strong looking and healthy and have all grown well since we potted some of them up and planted others in the ground. Nice people at the other end of the phone, too, which always helps.
I ordered some hedging and on receiving a delivery notification, realised that I had inadvertently given my previous address for delivery. I phoned the nursery and although the hedges were already out for delivery, the lovely ladies went out of there way to help me. They made frequent calls and spent a lot of time contacting the couriers to try to rectify a problem that had been my error. Kind and courteous staff and happy customer as eventually my hedging plants arrived 3 weeks later, beautifully packaged and looking fresh and healthy. Their customer service went 'above and beyond' -thank you Sarah and all the staff who helped. I think your company and your products are brilliant. Sheila Hill
Bought nearly £700 of plants from these guys. All good specimens and growing well except one which had started to fail in the pot. Sent them photos and they refunded me as they didn't have another in stock (would normally have offered me a half-price replacement, which would also have been fine as I'm not sure whether I'd made some mistake). Very impressed with their service.
We ordered some young yew hedging. Due to covid, it took a wee while to come but we were informed about this up front. The staff were super helpful when we had some issues with accepting the delivery at our end. The yew has now arrived and it's lovely and healthy. Thanks Sara!
If only all orders were as easy as this. I sent for some Buxus and Yew hedging plants. There was great communication from the nursery all along re the delivery date. The plants arrived on time, and most importantly were some of the best young hedging plants I have ever received. I'm a professional gardener so have dealt with many gardening companies, and to be honest am often left stressed and disappointed by them. I'll definitely look to buy more from this nursery...
Since 2012 we have bought all our plants and trees from hope grove creating new and wonderful gardens. Everything has taken well and the wisteria and trees proving exceptional growth. I would not hesitate to recommend. I am just about to relandscape my new garden and can’t wait to return. The service is excellent prompt and exceptionally friendly. Five star plus from me.
