Chocolates fine. Delivery bad. Chocs were left on front step easily seen from road, and in bright sunlight. Side gate was open with easy access to back door, hidden from the street and in shade. Very inconsiderate delivery with no use of common sense.
Chocolates are were very nice and we did buy them a couple of times. However, this time we paid for a scheduled delivery as it was important for us to have chocolates on that day. Our delivery arrived at 7pm. When we called in the afternoon to ask where the delivery is, we were informed that it could take until 10pm. That is not the point of a scheduled delivery.This was for an important occasion and our order unfortunately arrived late.
Easy to use website and everything I wanted was available.There was a 20% discount code for being a VIP card holder and as my order was over £60 I also got free delivery.I ordered on the 2nd Oct and the order arrived on the 8th, as expected - via Amazon and was well packaged. On checking all products were in date for Christmas - as several items were for presents. I know the chocolates will be delicious, as they never disappoint.
Just received my Hotel Chocolate subscription of my chocolate sachets, and see the packaging has changed, this wouldn’t normally bother me, except that I used to be able to see at a glance between the 70% and the85%, as the sachet tops were coloured, now they’re very similar. The worst part is that the weight has changed from 35g to 31g. Same price though, why has this been done?
I love my Velvetiser and these wonderful hot chocolate flakes. They are not cheap however so I wish they would consider giving the packs 12 sachets instead of 10. They do sometimes give offers which help. But there are other companies too that provide good chocolate at lower prices
I ordered myself a birthday box of chocolates as had been sent an offer of £5 off for my birthday. Should have been delivered on my birthday but been advised it’s running late so will come tomorrow. Pointless really, and defeats the object of ordering a birthday box!
