I am furious!! I have one treat and that is my hotel Chocolat subscription for 2 pouches every month and have one hot chocolate every night. Who in their right mind thought it was fair to change this to 10 individual pouches for the same money. The 2 pouches are supposed to be for 14 servings - somehow we make it last a month. Now we have been given one box of 10 with lots more packaging for the same price. I don’t smoke or drink and this WAS my pleasure. It’s been ruined by someone’s stupidity and lack of foresight.
Easy to find what I was looking for on the website. Decent promotion on for members and it's free to register as a member. The chocolates I wanted were in stock and the delivery was quickly dispatched and delivered sooner than promised, via Royal Mail. Both Hotel Chocolat and Royal Mail provided good communication regarding dispatch and delivery. My order was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. VERY tasty and moreish coconut truffles!!
Service from Hotel Chocolat worth 5🌟but delivery by parcel force was worth no stars at all. I was at home expecting delivery. My doorbell was not rung; the parcel was dumped in a communal lobby used by 40 households. Luckily found by honest neighbour 30 minutes after delivery. Disgusted with parcel force.
Paid for next day delivery for an order placed early on Friday morning. Was due to be delivered Saturday pm and I had notification of that, but in fact it was delivered on Monday. This was a gift delivered direct & should have arrived when promised.
I wanted to buy a bottle of your Velvetised chocolate liquor as a gift for a friend who had told me how lovely/yummy it was. I didnt even know you could order online from yourselves and have delivery to my home address! I immediately went online and ordered a bottle and paid for next day delivery. The item arrived on time and I am very pleased with it and also the great customer service and communication.
