Not Hotel Chocolat’s fault but the courier, Amazon, left my parcel at a derelict house, clearly visible to anyone passing by and the box with £75 worth of chocolate in there has been stolen, along with a second box ordered by my daughter. I understand Amazon is being used for a trial period - please stick to Royal Mail!

I ordered it from here for the first time and I am glad to see all the details regarding my order’s delivery info, tracking support, live chat support and free card along with the gift I’ve ordered for my daughter’s birthday in UK from Pakistani. Hotel Chocolat sent my chocolates using Amazon. The delivery person left the chocolates on my front doorstep in bright warm sunshine rather than leaving with a neighbour or looking for some shade. The chocolates appear to be okay but are likely to deteriorate faster following their warming experience.
Was in the shop in Aberdeen and had really good service I was looking at the hot chocolate and the lady came and asked me if I had a favourite flavour I said I was looking for a new one to try for a change she said she could let me try one of my choice I tried the Black Forest it was delicious and they had an offer on 2 for 25 which was great I bought the mint one I love and a new flavour too it was great service and made my experience in the store was amazing can’t wait to go back thank you for the experience happy customer
